Amplify is our own CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool with easy-to-update, drag-and-drop websites - and a bunch of other powerful tools - baked in!
Unlike alot of the big players in this space, there are no set packages and we can customise everything to suit your needs, from a basic website to a full lead generation engine - even including your own dedicated AI Employees!

Why Amplify + Back9?
At Back9, we've been designing and building websites, apps and software for years. Whilst these days our superpower is Growth-Driven Design (GDD)—a smarter, agile approach that treats your website like a living, evolving part of your business. We also realise that GDD is not for everyone or every business. So we've build Amplify, to help smaller businesses get online fast and win! Amplify can still work with a Growth-Driven methodology, however, it is much more affordable to get up and running than a fully custom-designed site.

Do I need to already use Amplify CRM?
No, but you will need to start using the platform as it is the backbone of the Website infrastructure
Can I just get access and build my own Site?
Absolutely. You would need to access this via the Amplify HQ website, but feel free to reach out to us and we can help get an account set up.
Can I get support later?
Ongoing retainers and support plans are available via Back9 or you can pay for support as you need it
Can I use my own domain/email?
Absolutely, if you already have your own domain and email set up, that's fine. We can also set both up for you. Following that, we would manage the domain but not the emails. (Note: For email we only offer a set up Google Workspace)
What are the ongoing costs?
The ongoing costs depend on what services you need or want. The Amplify Core Package includes: Website & landing page builder with Drag-and-drop editor + hosting, Central contact database (CRM) Live chat widget + calendar bookings, Built-in forms & basic workflows and costs 49 + GST per month.
